"Update Line-up" MotoGP 2013

LEOVINCEUSA Pebalap Australia, Bryan Staring, yang musim 2013 tampil di MotoGP.

Reputasi Staring cukup bagus, sehingga dia mendapat kesempatan tampil di kelas premier. Staring merupakan juara nasional tiga kali di 125GP, Supersport dan Superbike.

Pada tahun 2012, dia tampil di FIM Superstock 1000 series untuk Pedercini Kawasaki, dan meraih kemenangan di Aragon, Brno, serta Portimao. Hasil-hasil tersebut membuat Staring menempati peringkat keempat klasemen akhir.

Staring juga mendapat wildcard untuk tampil di WSBK bersama Pedercini dalam lomba di rumahnya, Phillip Island. Pria yang tinggal di Gold Coast ini sering latihan bersama dengan legenda WSBK dan MotoGP, Troy Bayliss.

Masuk tim Gresini, Staring mengambilalih posisi Michele Pirro, yang menunggang paketan FTR-CBR1000RR ketika menjadi pebalap tercepat untuk kategori CRT saat balapan basah/kering di Valencia, yang merupakan seri terakhir musim 2012. Kini, Pirro menjadi test rider Ducati.

Hadirnya Staring, maka Australia tetap memiliki pebalap di lintasan MotoGP, setelah Casey Stoner pensiun.
